Sumeeta began her exploration with yoga in 2010 as a way to help her manage stress, anxiety and calm her mind whilst working in the corporate world.
In 2019, Sumeeta completed her RYS Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Bikram hot yoga teacher training and graduated from the Sadhana Yoga & Wellbeing Hot Yoga teacher training programme in London.
Dispelling the yoga myth that you have to be flexible to do yoga, Sumeeta believes you should always do what feels right for you and your body on any given day and connect to your own inner teacher. Personally, Sumeeta has found one of the most lasting benefits of hot yoga to be patience, perseverance and mental strength.
Sumeeta provides a space for her students to leave the rest of the world behind and have a time dedicated just to focus on themselves.
