A slow paced and meditative practice in a warm and nurturing environment.  This class consists of a sequence of poses held for 1-5 minutes focusing on releasing the connective tissues of the body – tendons, ligaments and fascia, cultivating a sense of awareness, patience and quiet. This introduces the yogi to the practice of meditation, and the warm room increases range of movement for even deeper, nourishing stretches.

This is a wonderful compliment to ‘yang’ activities such as Running, Indoor Cycling and the Gym.
