Using the original 26 postures of the Bikram series in a hot and humid room, these classes will work your entire body and leave you feeling energised and invigorated. In the 60 minute class, participants will complete each posture once, but the longer classes of 75 and 90 minutes will allow more freedom for the instructor to lead participants through the postures a number of times for greater development and an enhanced practice.
