Kristin turned to Yoga after having children, when conventional forms of exercise left her feeling fatigued and injured. When she tried her first vinyasa yoga class she immediately noticed how beneficial yoga was on her mental wellbeing, as well as the physical benefits of gaining more mobility, core strength and better joint health.

Five years on, having tried numerous styles of yoga and developing a dedicated self-practice, Kristin is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and the mental and physical benefits it offers. Her style is dynamic and strong with an emphasis on breath and technique. She hopes to empower her clients to constantly evolve and advance their practice so don’t be surprised if you find yourself upside down when you thought you couldn’t!
