Julie has practiced yoga for a decade. She started her yoga journey in Tamil Nadu, India, where she was living and working. She had an Indian yoga master for 2 years, who shared with her his life-time experience.
Back in Europe, Julie decided to specialise in anatomy studies with the best teachers in this field : Blandine Calais Germain (France), Leslie Kaminoff (US) and Thomas Myers (US). Today, combining the principles of anatomy with yoga, Julie aims to make yoga accessible to each and everyone.
She teaches Mindful movement, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. She specialised with elderly people, as well as people with special needs. Adapting yoga to their uniqueness, bringing a comforting hands-on adjustments and a joyful yoga practice.
