Anna first became interested in fitness whilst at university studying politics, as she found it to be the perfect release from her academic studies. Her love of fitness only grew over the years and in 2013, she decided to change careers and become a full time personal trainer. She also began teaching mat Pilates. As soon as she completed her first Pilates qualification, Anna enrolled in another course to learn more about the different methods of teaching. It was at this time, whilst working at a classical Pilates studio in London, that she also fell in love with the Pilates reformer.

Anna qualified as a reformer teacher in 2018, and now teaches across Buckinghamshire and London. Anna still works as a personal trainer and is qualified in exercise referral, exercise specialist for low back pain and is a 200hr Yoga teacher. Anna’s classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Anna likes to challenge her clients, whilst still remaining within their physical limits. She lives by the same mantra as Joseph Pilates himself: “Physical Fitness is the first requisite of happiness”
