A gentle class for new mums and their beautiful new babies. An hour of yoga, gentle core and ab work and calming breathing techniques to connect you with baby and also strengthen your postnatal body. We will practice short flowing sequences to release tension from the chest and shoulders; and strengthen your core and abs to protect your lower back. Baby is involved throughout and will join in some of the poses. Time for a tea and chat afterwards to share your journey through motherhood with other local mums. Suitable for non-moving babies.
