Traditionally ashtanga yoga is learnt a self practice, this is known as ‘Mysore’. We want to open up self-practice to yogis from all styles of yoga, whether you love vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative, yin, meditation or a mixture of these. This hour is for you to come to your mat under the supervision of a teacher but without someone telling what to do next.
